Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store, official store, points of sale, and pop-up locations.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
To submit a claim, email us at and include clear photos of the issue.

While we use appropriate protective packaging, damages caused by delivery carriers may occasionally occur. Claims must be reported promptly to be considered.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders $149 or less: Shipping fees vary by region (see below)

  • Orders $150+ (before taxes and excluding promo codes): Free shipping

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Purolator, GLS, or Canada Post.

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
    (Delivery times may vary due to peak periods, holidays, weather, or remote locations.)

If incorrect shipping information is provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping fees. No refunds will be issued.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or for damage to packaging or products caused during transit.

Shipping is available across Canada only, excluding territories.

Ontario

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland

  • $25 — 1 to 2 items

Order Pairing

Order pairing is no longer available.


Pre-Orders

If your order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.


In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available exclusively at our Montreal location.

  • Orders are usually ready within 3 hours

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup

Pickups must be completed only after receiving the confirmation email and during store hours.

Store Hours

  • Monday – Wednesday: 12:0 PM - 7:00PM

  • Thursday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Important: The in-store pickup option at checkout is valid only for in-store collection.
